Mostly the chat is taken by a Yagya Experts and they can help
you from your questions to booking a Yagya or for a (Free) Recommendation. However an astrologer appears only when you have a scheduled consultation. If you have an appointment with any of our staffs then you can just log on the chat and ask his/her name or give your consultation no. or member no. You will be then redirected. If you have a consultation and if you want to get a transcript of Live Chat then ask it while chatting with the expert.
We do not give Free Consultations to anyone except our members who have got it as Yagya Bonus. To get a consultation please make the payment first and when you have an appointment with us then only come on chat. However you are welcome on chat if you want to pay and get consultation right away. But if you just come on chat to bother us then you will be refused from the chat and permanently blocked to access our chat.
